We have some exciting news to share! To offer more flexible scheduling options for you and give you the best experience possible, Dr. William Hampton and Dr. Molly Thurmond are joining their teams to form Wellington Dentistry in a newly renovated office!

Beginning on October 13, we will be located near Meijer off W Reynolds Road at 401 Lewis Hargett Circle, Suite 230. This move allows our team to utilize newer equipment and technology to offer you the best quality dental care in Lexington, KY. We want to assure you that you will still be seen by the same doctor and team that has always cared for you and that the only change is that we will be in a brand new location along with a different name.

Molly Thurmond, D.M.D.

Dr. Molly Thurmond attended Centre College as an undergraduate, graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2006, and completed her residency at the University Hospital Cincinnati. She later opened Fayette Family Dentistry in 2011. When she’s not in the dental office, Dr. Thurmond enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters hiking, skiing, and playing outdoors.

William E. Hampton, D.M.D.

Dr. William Hampton graduated from dental school in 1990 from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Upon graduating and starting his dental career, he began teaching at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He and his wife have 3 children and 3 dogs. When he’s not practicing dentistry, you can most likely find him out on the lake with his family.

Why are you moving locations?

Will I still see the same doctor?

Yes, you will still be seen and cared for by the same doctor and team that you always have. We are still owned and operated by the same doctor that you have always known.

Dr. Hampton and Dr. Thurmond are moving into a new space together to offer more flexible scheduling options.
